Hen and Rooster Wall Hanging

  • Finished Size: 13" x 13"
  • All seam allowances are 1/4" unless noted.
  • * = Adhere fusible adhesive to back of fabric before die-cutting the shapes.

Assembling the Project:

  1. Cut scallop edges on the bottom edge of the black wool.
  2. Place the Hen and Rooster on the background. When satisfied with the placement, heat fuse in place with an iron.
  3. Place the Circles on the background. When satisfied with the placement, heat fuse in place with an iron.
  4. Blanket stitch around the Rooster, Hen and Circles with the black perle cotton embroidery thread.
  5. Fold over 1" at top of the background and stitch to form a casing.
  6. Slide a wooden dowel through the casing.
