All Who Wander Map Card #2

Project #18312

Here’s one way to put yourself on the map! Chart your creative journey with the 3-D Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, and your next card will be a real adventure.

Other Supplies:

  • Cardstock (Aqua, Kraft, Navy, White)
  • Adhesive Foam Tape
  • Double-Sided Tape or Tape Runner
  • Foam Sponge or Ink Blending Tool
  • Ink Pads (Aqua, Black Permanent)
  • Jute
  • Liquid Adhesive
  • Mini Brads
  • Water Spray Bottle

  1. Cut an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of kraft cardstock. Fold in half to create a card base.
  2. Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of patterned paper from the Picture This! Cardstock Pad. Adhere to the kraft card front with double-sided tape.
  3. Cut a 3 3/4" x 5" piece of aqua cardstock. Spritz with water.
  4. Emboss the piece of aqua cardstock with the Map embossing folder. Set aside to let dry.
  5. Die-cut out of navy cardstock the Lost phrase from the Photo Frame, Travel set. Cut off the top of the frame to create a boxed phrase. Cut a piece of kraft cardstock to mat the phrase, and adhere with liquid adhesive.
  6. Stamp the All Who Wander Are Not phrase from the Photo Frame, Travel set onto white cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits die over the stamped phrase, and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits die in place while the image is being cut.
  7. Using a foam sponge, lightly add aqua ink to the top of the aqua embossed Map.
  8. Embellish the Map with decorative mini brads, and then attach the Map to the card front with adhesive foam tape.
  9. Attach the phrases to the Map on the card front.
  10. Wrap the left side of the card front with jute, and tie in a bow.
