  1. Die-cut twice out of gold polka-dot patterned paper the scalloped Rosette and twice the smallest circle from the Rosette set. Edge the Rosettes with a gold paint pen. Fold the Rosettes along the crease lines. Adhere the tabs of each Rosette together with double-sided tape. Apply hot glue to the center of the Rosettes, and adhere each one to a circle die-cut.
  2. Die-cut three times out of gold patterned paper the teardrop eyelet Rosette and twice the medium circle from the Rosette set. Cut one of the Rosettes in half. Apply double-sided tape to the tabs of each Rosette and adhere the tabs to each of the half Rosettes to create two larger-diameter Rosettes. Edge the Rosettes with a gold paint pen. Fold the Rosettes along the crease lines. Apply hot glue to the center of the Rosettes, and adhere each one to a circle die-cut.
  3. Die-cut twice out of white cardstock the diamond eyelet Rosette and once the largest circle from the Rosette set. Apply double-sided tape to the tabs of each Rosette. Adhere the two Rosettes together to create one larger-diameter Rosette. Edge the Rosette with a gold paint pen. Fold the Rosette along the crease lines. Adhere the end tabs together. Apply hot glue to the center of the Rosette and adhere to the large circle.
  4. Adhere a wooden skewer to the back of the largest Rosette with hot glue.
  5. Using hot glue, layer a small and medium Rosette on each side of the large Rosette to create a two-sided Rosette.
  6. Die-cut twice out of gold cardstock the smallest circle from the Rosette set. Adhere a small gold circle to the center of the two smallest Rosettes on each side with hot glue.
  7. Embellish the center of the gold circles with adhesive-backed pearls. Tie gold ribbon into bows on the skewer and adhere in place with hot glue.
