12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project
Hello Makers!

I have a super exciting post to share today full of the most heart-worthy Quilt projects we've seen here at Sizzix. There are just sew many amazing projects out there that it was difficult limiting myself to just 12.

Drum-roll as we start introducing these Quiltastic projects please.... 12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project

First up is this adorable baby bib. Webster's defines Baby Bib Mania as a condition that occurs when someone buys or is exposed to our Baby Bib Die. The die really should come with a warning label because it may cause you to make baby bibs for all your friends, whether or not they happen to have a baby. Ever since our design team member Nicole from Modern Handcraft made this tutorial I have been obsessed. Check out how easily Nicole breaks it down for us here

You've heard of quilts, mini quilts and now tiny quilts. This tiny-quilt-turned-trivet is adorable, useful and a great idea for using scrap pieces of fabric. Made with our Victoria Findlay Wolfe Rocking The House Die, it doesn't take a  lot of time either. Check out how our design team member Jessee from the Art School Dropout blog uses this die in her blog post tutorial here.

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project How perfect is this sea glass table runner by Leigh Laurel Studios? It makes me want to have a house by the sea and throw sea inspired making parties. I love inspirational pieces like this that make you want to create something around it. Dive into this tutorial here and gain some sea-spiration yourself!

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project Little birds do not get much cuter or easier than this. Using the Kid Giddy Bird And Egg Die Jessee created these cuties. Get egg-cited, because Jessee was kind enough to make a step by step tutorial and now you can have your very own stress-free birdy paradise at home, or to use as pin cushion! 12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project

This aptly named Half Rainbow Pillow over at the Bryan House Quilts blog is the perfect pillow to brighten up a room. It is so easy to make with our Chevron Die that you might get a little case of Chevron Making Madness (which has definitely never happened to us, nope. Never. )

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project Jedi Craft Girl has made the cutest Fish Bubbles pillow that I am currently obsessing over. I guess you could say I'm a little bit obsessed with the whole "sea" theme in general, but can I help it if all these quilt-torials are fantastic? Definitely not my fault. Plus, this tutorial is so easy that it makes me want to make about 100 pillows!

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project I don't know about you, but I cannot get enough of these adorable pin cushions! They are everywhere and I'm loving it. I feel like starting up a collection. Check out these cute pin cushions and tutorials at the Bryan House Quilts blog. You can either make them to start a collection, to use or to throw pin cushion parties.

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project How creative is this half square triangle quilt? The colors, patterns and placement are so beautiful as they come together. Jessee from the Art School Dropout blog did a fantastic job with her tutorial. Check it out here.

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project I don't know if I have ever seen a cuter mug rug than this one that Kitty shared from the Night Quilter blog. I just wish I could order it!! She took our Rose Star Die and completely made it her own! She is one smart cookie. Check out her tutorial here.

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project Ooh la la! Did someone say triangles? Color? Bryan House Quilts? Because I came running...and was not disappointed. This beautiful and simple MIY is just the perfect touch to add to a studio, a chair, a bed or a couch. Check out the easy-to-digest post that Becca made here.

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project I don't always like making waves, but when I do, I use this quilt tutorial found on Modern Handcraft. The wave quilt, which uses the BigShot Pro machine, makes for a fast quilt due to the large sized machine. It's kind of awesome, and will make you wonder where this was during Christmas time. Don't just take my word for it, check out Nicole's tutorial and make this beautiful piece for your wall, bed, couch or as a gift!

12 Inspiring Quilts Makes To Incorporate In Your Next Quilting Project This , last but not least, quilt is the perfect snuggle quilt. The fabric selection is simply superb! I'm particularly crushing on the foxes and triangle prints. It also feels like this belongs in an upscale home decor store, which is a real testament to how amazing such a simple quilt can turn out.  I applaud our design team member Nicole for making this gorgeous quilt and urge you to check out her tutorial here, to snuggle up with your own!

I'm so sad to have to end this post now, but I'm hoping you got a lot of great inspiration and ideas! What project did you like the most?

How beautiful! So colorful, can't wait to use my Sizzix machine for quilting. I have used my Sizzix for scrapbooking, but not sewing.
