Christmas Card DIY: A Jolly Fun Standup Card

Christmas Card DIY: A Jolly Fun Standup Card

Hi all! Jeanne here today with Christmas card idea using dies from Stephanie Barnard and Tim Holtz.

Christmas Card DIY: A Jolly Fun Standup Card

Die cut the Step-ups’s Framelits Kind Sentiments Step-Up card base from blue cardstock using the recommended Sizzix die cutting sandwich for Thinlits and Framelits dies: Sizzix Magnetic Platform (or the Precision Base Plate for Thinlits Dies), Sizzix Cutting Pad, paper, die (cutting side down), Sizzix Cutting Pads. Run this sandwich through your Big Shot machine.

I wanted a little more red in my card so I die cut a border from the Framelits Die Set Card, Bubbly Frame Flip-its. It's so fun how the card sets mix and match.

Look how fun this framelit die is with it's pre punched border! This is from Framelits Die Set Card, Bubbly Frame Flip-its. I used the above die cutting sandwich switching the Precision Base Plate for Thinlits Dies for the Jolly die from Sizzix Thinlits Die Set Holiday Words 2: Script. I used my Sizzix Die Brush & Foam Pad to get all the paper bits from my phrase lickety split.
