Hi there! Rebecca here to show you a glimpse of a new, color based, tutorial I'm working on for later this year. My tutorials will feature a couple of the new dies Sizzix is debuting at Quilt Market in Salt Lake City.
I LOVE to use color transitions and simple, geometric shapes in my quilty projects. These 2 die completely fit the bill. These projects are just playtime for me!
This first one uses the Dart die, a new die designed by the lovely Victoria Findlay Wolfe.
There's really just a ton you can do with this die. It was hard for me to commit to 1 idea.
And here's a peek at the in process picture of the new Drunkard's Path Die. This new die offers a different size block at 3 1/2'' unfinished. The Drunkard's Path block is also quite versatile as you know. I'm thinking I'll use my die to make a clamshell pattern. Ooooh, but wait, are those little flower shapes I see? Hmmmm.....
You'll just have to come back later for the actual tutorials to see which design I decided on. *wink*
