Hey everyone!  It's Hilary here today with my fun Sizzix Challenge Halloween project for you.  The make quick Halloween projects in less than 30 minutes.  I have the perfect card for you that you can whip up in no time, but still send a 'frightful' spook to that lucky recipient.  I hope you enjoy!

To begin, start by embossing a 4 x 5 1/4" piece of black Kraft-core card stock, using Cobwebs Texture Fades Embossing Folders, then using a sanding block, lightly sand off the top of the embossed design, revealing the spider web underneath.

Then using a blending tool and Vintage photo ink, ink the top of the panel.  The next step is to die cut the pumpkin face using the Jack-O-Lantern Mini Movers and Shapers and the magnetic Base Tray.  To do this, simply set up the pumpkin face the way you like it in your Base tray, then lay the embossed panel on top, (face down), then run through your Big Shot. The cutting sandwich you will use when using a Base Tray is very simple:  A cutting pad is set down first, then the base tray with the Movers and Shapers placed inside with the wood side down, the paper you will be cutting, and finally a cutting pad on top.  Super Easy!  Run this sandwich through your Big Shot for awesome results!

Okay once your creepy pumpkin face has been die cut, adhere a small piece of orange card stock to the back of the embossed panel and adhere the two together. You can also machine stitch around the outside, like I did.

Next, die cut a Curvy Banner from the decorative strip die using off-white card stock. I stamped a sentiment using alphabet stamps and black archival ink and adhered it to the bottom of the card front using 3D pop dots.

To finish, tie a bow using ribbon and twine, adhere a small rusty bell, and a chipboard banner underneath.  Then all you need to do is adhere the card front to a black card stock card using 3D glue dots.

And you're finished!  A very simple card, you can create in less than 30 minutes.

I hope I've inspired you to create one of your own.
