DIY Party Favor by Michelle Stewart: Michelle has been working very hard all month long on invitations, scrapbook pages and party favors for her Stopping Time-Forever 39 party. To make this party favor box Michelle used the Suitcase ScoreBoards die by Eileen Hull and plenty of other dies and embossing folders. It came out looking spectacular!
Listen To Your Heart Tag by Audrey Pettit: For this pretty project Audrey used the much-loved Tim Holtz Tag & Bookplates Movers & Shapers die and went to town with the inks! As always, the outcome is beautifully finished.
Enjoy the Journey Card by Mou Saha: Mou made this Caribbean, nautical themed card using the Tim Holtz Compass Blueprint Framelits with Stamps and the Confetti Decorative Strip die. The Framelits with Stamps are always the way to go to make your card look professional but they also help to make the crafting part really easy. And I love the use of the Confetti die as bubbles for this card.
Quilted Thanks Card by Jeanne Streiff: To create the quilted texture of her card Jeanne went with the Overall Patterns Thinlits from the Life Made Simple collection and the Ornate Labels by Lori Whitlock. Jeanne made really easy to make flowers using the Scallop Circles Framelits and scrunched them to give them their wonderful texture.
You’ve Got Mail Box by Vivian Keh: To create her project Vivian went to the Lori Whitlock Mailbox die that has been a real big hit ever since it's release. She embellished using the Couquette Thinlits from the new Prima line of Sizzix dies, Flora Grande, as well as the Spring Greenery Decorative Strip die.
Happiest Birthday Scrapbook Layout by Genevive Rulona: In honor of her day and to really remember how special her family and friends made her feel, Gen created this absolutely darling layout page. To give her project whimsy and flight she went with Prima for her butterfly and flower embellishments and added her word Forty with Block Talk by Tim Holtz. Her handwriting always adds the perfect personal touch.
Super Scrappy Tumbler Baby Quilt by Karin Jordan: Quilting for a friends' newborn baby, Karin Jordan used scraps from other projects with the Tumbler Bigz L die in her Sizzix Fabi machine. The maroons, lavenders and blues came out so amazing and this looks like one of the comfiest quilts you could find, and it's handmade!
Documenting Life Scrapbook Layout by Anna-Karin Evaldsson: To remember this fun day with her little man, Anna-Karin went to Sizzix dies and stamps from the Echo Park collection. For the stamps you see here she she used the brand new Stamper's Secret Weapon which helps to make the best stamped images you've ever made. Ranger Distress Inks and Archival Ink are always a go-to and Anna-Karin always uses such calm and earthy tones. To cut her Thinlits and Framelits, Anna-Karin makes use of the Magnetic Platform which makes for perfect registration.
Embossed Butterfly Gift Card Holder by Tami Mayberry: Who loves making crafts beautiful but also amazingly easy? For her project, Tami Mayberry made good use of the File Tab On the Edge die to hold a gift card. To create the card front, using Core'dinations card stock with the Layered Butterfly Texture Fades Embossing Folder. To get the lighter blue effect you see here, all she did was use a buffer and buffed away the embossed part of the card front. The results are so pretty!
A Tag Full of Gears by Jan Hobbins: Jan went to town using these adorable new gear dies from the Prima Sizzix collection and made them to look like they were pouring out of the Zippy Zipper Originals die by Marisa Pawelko. The color scheme is great and the effect is really cool!
DIY Halloween Treat Bags by Melissa Fallon: One of our newest newbies, Melissa Fallon, LOVES making Halloween treats. To bag up these tasty candy corns she used the Bag with Scallop Edge from the Jillibean Soup collection. To make them look like just the cutest little monsters you've ever seen all it took was googly eyes and a marker!
DIY Halloween Carton Box by Laura Russell: Getting into the festive mood, Laura Russell used the Milk Carton Sizzix Movers & Shapers die from Where Women Cook with Graphic 45 paper from An Eerie Tale. To spook it up some she embellished with a creepy spider and a BOO!
Face Cloth by Karrie Winters: Here is a project you can pamper yourself with! For this project Karrie wanted to make this sweet and simple. With the 5" Circle Bigz and some raw edge sewing she made some soft face cloths that you can use, for more than your face, too!
Witches Broom And Spider Backdrop by Stefani Khan: To get into the spirit Stefani got innovative and used fishing wire to string up die cuts from the Spiders #2 Originals. The effect with the broom is positively wicked!
Medallion Quilt by Nicole Daksiewicz: Using these nice, bright colors, a fun pattern with the Drunkard's Path Quarter Circle and the Drunkard's Path Arch & Fan Background Bigz dies Nicole made a baby Medallion Quilt.
Trick or Treat Holiday Cards by Hilary Kanwischer: For Halloween, and pretty much any holiday, Hilary pulls out ALL the stops. She got really innovative using the Circles Framelits to make this 3-D pumpkin and all kinds of Tim Holtz Alterations dies. She made it look perfectly rustic and tattered, too.
Ice or Snow Card by Anna Wight: Preparing for the winter season, Anna Wight is on top of it! To add just the right amount of texture to her delightful holiday greeting card Anna went with the Holly & Berries Embosslits die that will both emboss and cut the shape for you.
