Hi everyone, it’s Jess from Everyday Party Magazine. Today I am sharing an adorable trio of Beach Bungalows. They took me less than 10 minutes to make, and they add such a fun summer feel to my entryway table.
Aside from the Sizzix Big Shot and the extended cutting pads, I used the the Bigz XL Die Village Brownstone, card stock paper, and a tape runner or double sided tape.
Begin by cutting your brownstone. I used fun pastel colors for a beach-y vibe. I cut it using the Sizzix Sandwich method, cutting pad, die, paper, cutting pad, and rolled it through the Big Shot Machine. I cut several bungalows out so I could mix and match the papers.
Next, I folded the brownstones on the score lines and added adhesive. Then, I attached the corners and the roof. That was all I did for this project. So simple and fun! The kids even made a few of their own.
The kids asked to take them to the beach this week, and used their Hot Wheels cars with them.
I hope I have inspired you to create a cute summer vignette!
